How do I make an appointment?
Patients can leave us a message through Echoheals.com or patients can reach us at 972-807-3600.
Do I need to pay before seeing a provider?
Yes, if you don't have insurance plan. Payment is required before seeing a provider. Echo heals staff member will guide you through the payment process after appointment is scheduled.
What information does a patient need before seeing the provider?
Patients are advised to keep following supplies handy: thermometer, blood pressure machine, height, and weight at the time of telemedicine appointment.

How long does it take to get a response through patient portal?
How are the medication prescriptions sent to my pharmacy?
Patients are advised to inform provider the name of preferred pharmacy, and we will electronically send prescription to the pharmacy as soon as the visit is completed.
How do I get a copy of my lab results?
Patients will get a message through patient portal about their lab work.
